• Website usage data — we collect aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used (such as pages viewed and approximate region). Our standard website analytics do not use tracking cookies and do not identify you personally.

• Slick (Slick Salon Software, getslick.com) — our online booking and salon management system. When you book online, your name, contact details and appointment details are processed by Slick.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
• Connect Dorset — our web partner, who maintains the site and provides cookieless usage analytics on our behalf.
• Google Maps — we embed a Google map showing our location. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and device information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Our website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our usage analytics are cookieless. Third-party services you actively use — such as the Slick booking system or the embedded Google map — may set their own cookies; these are governed by those providers' own privacy and cookie policies. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
